Mutation War is the eighteenth Extra Ops introduced in Metal Slug Attack.

Story

The Rebel Army finished the creation of their new weapon: "Huge Hermit", but just after it goes out of control and start attacking the Morden troops. They made a barricade to stop it advancement, but is useless against it giant claws, and when is near to kill the soldiers, a enraged Allen O'Neil comes to the rescue, knocking back it and rushing it.

At the end, Allen destroyed the Huge Hermit, but a bit later he fall tired to the sea, and the infantry jumps to water to save them. Meanwhile, on a field, a very known armed tower is ready for it mission.
